What Should I Expect?

Alpha kicks off with Launch Night, where you can meet the group, get a feel for the program, and see if it’s a good fit. Each session includes:
 

  • A shared meal (yes, it's free!)

  • A short video or talk to spark discussion

  • Open, honest conversations with no wrong questions
