The True North Men Annual Retreat
The True North Men Retreat is an intentional pause from the pace and distractions of everyday life—a dedicated time for men to step away, slow down, and refocus on what matters most. Rooted in Scripture and brotherhood, this retreat marks the transition from a year focused on relationships into deeper growth, discipleship, and multiplication.
Over the course of the retreat, men will share meals, open God’s Word, pray together, and engage in honest conversation in an extended, distraction-free setting. This is not a conference or performance-driven experience, but a space designed for reflection, repentance, encouragement, and renewed clarity.
The retreat follows the same heart as our monthly Prayer Breakfasts—Scripture, prayer, and brotherhood—but allows more time for depth, stillness, and spiritual formation. It is especially meaningful for men who have been walking the monthly rhythm and want to take the next step in their growth.
This retreat is for imperfect men who are willing to be present, teachable, and intentional—men who want to stand firm in the faith and walk forward with clarity and purpose alongside other men.

Not because they lack information, but because they lack formation, brotherhood, and direction. Isolation, distraction, passivity, and compromise are shaping our culture, and the cost is paid by families, churches, and future generations.
True North Men exists to respond to this reality with intention and faithfulness—not quick fixes or surface-level engagement, but long-term formation rooted in the Gospel.
Our vision is a growing community of men who stand firm in the faith, lead themselves before leading others, love sacrificially, strengthen families, and make disciples. Men who know who they are, whose they are, and why they are here. This is not about producing impressive events or large attendance, but about forming faithful followers of Jesus Christ who live with clarity, courage, and responsibility in every area of life.

We believe God forms men through a clear, relational process—not overnight, but over time. Scripture shows us that transformation happens through proximity, obedience, and shared life. That’s why True North Men follows a deliberate pathway:
